How do I measure myself?

  • Tools: Soft tape measure

  • Clothing: Wear form-fitting clothes to help you get precise measurements

  • Bust: Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your chest or bust, positioning it just under your armpits and across your shoulder blades. Keep the tape measure parallel to the ground and snug but not too tight and record the measurement in inches.

  • Waist: Locate your natural waistline, which is typically the narrowest part of your torso, above your belly button and below your ribcage. Wrap the tape measure around your waist, ensuring it is snug but not overly tight and record the measurement in inches.

  • Hips: Find the widest part of your hips, usually around the hip bones. Wrap the tape measure around this area, keeping it parallel to the ground. Make sure the tape measure is snug but not constricting and record the measurement in inches.

  • Inseam: For this measurement, you will need a friend or a mirror. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Place the tape measure on the inside of your leg, starting at the top of your inner thigh. Gently press the tape measure down to the floor, making sure it follows the contour of your leg and record the measurement in inches at the bottom of your ankle.

How do I determine my correct size when ordering?

To determine your correct size, we recommend referring to our sizing chart under each product, which provides specific measurements for each size. We also strongly suggest including your measurements when placing your order so we can ensure a perfect fit.

What if my measurements fall between two sizes on the sizing chart?

We recommend considering your personal preferences on the fit you desire. Keep in mind that certain garments may have different fits, such as loose or fitted.

What if I'm unsure about how to take my own measurements?

Can I request alterations or adjustments to my custom garment?

Yes! We offer the option to request specific alterations or adjustments to your custom garment. If you have any preferences regarding sleeve length, hemline, or any other aspect of the garment, please include those details when placing your order or shoot us an email. We'll do our best to accommodate your requests and ensure your garment meets your expectations.

What if the garment doesn't fit properly when I receive it?

Our goal is to provide you with a perfectly fitting custom garment. However, if you receive your order and find that it doesn't fit as expected, please don't hesitate to contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. We'll work with you to resolve the issue, whether it requires alterations, remaking the garment, or providing a refund or exchange, depending on the circumstances.
